Keyhaven is a beautiful marsh land. Time has stood still for many years, with the tranquility of the past preserved. It is best to consult a pilot book for guidance on how to approach, the main channel is the easiest but longer. The approach through Hawkers Lake is not for the faint hearted at anything other than high water.
